About the Mediator

Sandra Wade Mabry, Rule 31 (TN Supreme Court)

Sandra completed Family and Civil Mediation training with the noted Mediator and Trainer, Jean Munroe, Esq., of Knoxville TN.  Attorney Munroe has trained mediators with the approval of the Tennessee Supreme Court for the past 10 years. 

Sandra is a Rule 31 Civil and Family Mediator listed with the Tennessee Supreme Court .    She has a Bachelor and Master of Business Administration and a Paralegal Certificate plus more than 20 years experience as a general law practice and corporate paralegal focused on business transactions and family law.    Sandra works with M.A.R.R.S.  (Mediation & Restitution/Reconciliation Services), a unique program of mediation and restitution for first and second time juvenile offenders.  M.A.R.R.S. is a program of the Memphis Leadership Foundation.  As a CASA volunteer (Court Appointed Special Advocate) Sandra observes and reports to the Courts on cases of child abuse and neglect often using her mediation skills to help resolve family disputes.  Sandra has experience in corporate and family dispute resolution.
